Refund policy

🔄 Returns Policy

• We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

• ✅ Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging as they were sent out.

• ❌ Returns will not be accepted if items show signs of wear or damage.

• 🌍 UK Customers Only – unfortunately, we do not accept international returns.

• 📩 To start a return, please contact us first at deestrainers@icloud.com. We’ll provide the return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank/credit card provider to process the refund.
