By purchasing from Dee’s Trainers, you agree to the following:

✅ Orders

  • All orders are processed promptly, with dispatch within 2 working days (same day if placed before 12:00pm midday).

  • Once an order is placed, cancellations may not be possible if your item has already been shipped.

✅ Products

  • All items are 100% authentic and carefully checked before dispatch.

  • Product images are for illustration; slight variations (e.g., box condition) may occur.

  • Item description will explain if the item comes new in box or new without box

✅ Payments

  • Payments are processed securely at checkout.

  • We do not store your payment details — all transactions are encrypted.

✅ Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days (UK only).

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, with packaging intact.

✅ Shipping

  • Standard shipping is via Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked.

  • Paid upgrade available: Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked.

  • Worldwide shipping available (buyer pays).

❌ Misuse

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe our policies are being abused (e.g., repeated returns of worn items).
